Book Review - The Lawyer's Song: Navigating the Legal Wilderness

This article provides a review and analysis of the 2010 book entitled "The Lawyers Song: Navigating the Legal Wilderness", by Hugh Duvall. Playing off the musical title, in melodious verbiage it praises Mr. Duvall for the swift creativity with which he highlights the good and the bad of legal practice -- both its dark realities and ennobling virtues. It argues that although there are two target audiences -- namely lawyers and non-lawyers -- there is in fact a third implicit audience for which the book holds a special hidden message.
